If a man bleeds out of his penis while having intercourse, then one should worry. This could be a serious sign of testicular problems, such as; cancer, enlarged or swelling prostate, or even signs of an STD. Sometimes, men can develop disorders without engaging in sexual activity, just by hereitary means, or through mutation of their genes. This has happened more often than not. If this is happening to a person you happen to know or to your boyfriend, you must tell him that he needs to seek medical attention at once.
Best of luck to you.

This could be caused by a kidney stone. He would be in some terrible pain too . This pain could be anywhere from his side about half way down, to his back to down his groin.
Also an infection in one of the lines could cause this too. If he got kicked really hard in the nads it could bleed too. Prostate cancer too.
