I have been in management for 20 years and I just cringe when she speaks, the woman is brash and crass, with zero business sense, in my opinion.... thoughts team???

mom of 3, I answer to your answer, i too run my own business, but it is my belief that each of my employees, is entitled to learn from there mistakes, if you think back to each of your children learning to walk, ruth's methods would have have never taken there first steps....
I have worked with hundreds of ruths , none of them have ever impressed me, as for alan sugar, he is brilliant, but unlike ruth he has achieved so much.....

Totally disagree with you my friend. What is wrong with her accent it is what is said that is important not the twang of an accent. I run a business and I would employ her if I had the money to.When you run a business you should know there is a fine line to walk between being a friend and being an employer and she would most defiantly not walk over that line. No nonsense get the job done and make money in the process. I have a lot of respect for Allan Sugar he is the man however he made a huge mistake in hiring Blondie who ever her name was. See how insignificant she was cant even remember her name and according to the press he has fired her already. As for Ruth she has made it on her own and doing rather well by all accounts.
I respect your opinion but mine is different and i would have hired Ruth most defiantly.

Brash maybe and her tactics leave a lot to be desired - but there is no doubt she can sell and sell well and if she's out selling she's not in the office!
