Well you being a MAN and having less blood in your body to supply both your brain AND your private part at the same time, would probably check her bust out first....which is completely wrong, but completely natural
But if you are a GAY MAN you would probably tell her first (that being the normal reaction)

I would tell her right away. Of course, I'm a girl, so I'm not interested in checking out the goods. I'm sure most men would check it out and then tell her. Might as well get a reward for their good samaritan work, right?

Regardless, i would never tell her. That means you are busted for looking where you shouldn't be looking. Although, if some woman told me my pants were unzipped, i'd be grateful, but wouldn't think she's a perv. Funny how there's a double standard, eh?

I probably would avoid saying anything at all, since that would be tantamount to admitting I was checking out her chest in the first place....It also allows for plausible deniability when she later says to you "Why didn't you tell me?!?!" ("Oh, sorry....I didn't notice!")
