Early signs :
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
Some women have all of these, some have
a few and some women don't have any signs.

Everyone is different I had sore breasts almost right away that is when I took the EPT and found out that I was.

It all just depends on the person and their body (how they react to these new hormones). I was just REALLY tired and had sore breasts. I felt nauseous around certain smells or in the morning but never threw up.

You could have all or none or a one of those symptoms. And, they will typically show up about 4-6 weeks after conception, if they do at all.

i have sore breast and i am completely wore out....
