Why is it every time spirits are around i always get a belly pain?

The answer to your question is a simple one. You are a medium. The only people who have such a close connection with the spiritual world are mainly mediums.
It can also be that you have a very special connection with that spirit in particular.
These forces are always around us so if at some particular time you feel it it means that there is a direct connection to that spirit.
The God thing about that is that you will be able to sniff out the frauds, i.e. people who pretend to manifest spirits, especially if they are dealing with your guiding spirit.
Take it from me, i am a medium myself.
Be careful though, being a medium opens you to all elements, all forces, the ones who want to do good and the ones that want to do otherwise.

The may be because they aren't good spirits. Or it means that something bad happened to that spirit when it was alive. The same thing happens to me. The thing is if you have these gifts you need to spend time developing them. Then you will be able to understand them better. I go to cemeteries a lot, old ones. If you got any old ones in your town that aren't used anymore spend some time walking around and touching the markers and just reading their names. The more you do this the more developed your abilities will become and themore you will understand them and actually it will lesson the pain, you'll still get the feeling but it won't hurt as much. Also you can find someone who has the ability to give you strength, take them to the cemetery with you and hold their hand while you're there it helps. I'd lend you my support but he's too far away from you lol.

many people have physical reactions to spirits. I knew one person that used to get severe headaches when ther were spirits around. I myself have blurry vision when in the presence of spirits.

It sounds like you're an empath. It's not a bad thing. It just means your more connected to the spirit realm and other people.
