"harley" pretty much nailed it !!

The type of plant it self plays a factor on WHY it is wilting. If the soil is dry around it.. give it water and see if that helps.

well if it is a indoor plant its ownly lack of water.
If it is an outdoor plant.
1. It could be lack of water and to much sun, of a animal
has urinated on it. and will die.
