How could Isis have gotten pregnant with Osiris child Horus and Osiris died before she was impregnated?

After Seth killed Osiris and cut up his body Isis gathered all the pieces with the exception of his penis which was eaten by a crock i think.
It is said that Isis used the Key of Life called the ankh and brought Osiris' spirit back to life. It was that that impregnated her.
He was then the ruler of the Underworld and Horus the ruler of Earth and Isis, the mother of all.

She then carved a penis from the wood of the fig tree, and through a mighty spell she made his seed flow and conceived, hovering above the dead Osiris in the form of a vulture.

As a deity concerned with fertility, it was well within Isis ability to instill fertility in Osiris after reassembling his dismembered body. When you are dealing with deities, pretty much anything is possible...

he wasn't dead, just ripped apart, needing to be put back together. she could hav ehad the right parts while finding them all.
