Annoy is an understatement when it comes to these mcdonald's commercials where the tag line is "la la la im loving in". Im not loving it, I hate mcdonald's.

The nail fungus one. It makes my skin crawl every time I see that little creature pull back that guys toenail. YUCK! Or the Geico celebrity commercials, I'd love to smack litte Richard.

The oxyclean guy that yells all the time. I think he may sell some other stuff, but since I turn the channel instantly, don't get the chance to see what they are. His voice is at a timbre that makes my spinal cord do a whiplash.

First pet peeve is ANY ad that repeats itself during the same break. Second vote would be for the ads that repeat themselves during the same program.
After that, I hate those ads that will sell you the methods to get rich.
