black eyeliner is always in..no matter what. whether u go dramatic (thick lines) or subtle (really thin line, just at the lash line), goes really well w/ mascara! i do like white liner/shadow on the lower lash line :)

Yes Totally, like a thin to thick or a thin line of black on the top lid definatley in style! with some mascara. girl you rock that liner.

Black eyeliner will alway be 'in'. How you use it is another question. Smoky eyes are a safe bet. Cateyes/ winged eyes are dramatic and cool if you can pull it off. Also just lining you eyes in a thin black line with a little mascara is good- classic if you ask me.

everything is hep as long as you can carry it off with elan! well yes if worn in proper style and proper defined way the liner looks awsome....but you can try different colours like blue ,gree and red..but make sure you go light on evrything else....wear nude gloss or a lip balm and just a little found n compact

Of course it is! Unless you use too much then it's just plain tacky, if you apply it just right it really brings out the eyes. The color of the eyeliner should not matter, it's on your eyes and as long as you think it looks good, you should wear it.

every eyeliner is still in these days!!!! colors are eally cute these days, like a hot pink, or blue, and the white is to make ur eyes ook bigger. black is ALWAYS gonna be in, it could never got out of style! :D

Anything goes these days. Aren't we girls lucky :) ! Just go with whichever color eyeliner you like & that you think looks nice on you. Experiment with different colors for fun !
Black eyeliner has always been a classic.
For a "rocker" or dramatic look, black is the color !
For a retro/classy look , black is great too !
Can't go wrong with black if you ask me :)

It depends on the color of your skin, if you are white and want something dark then I would go for brown because it is dark but can still give you the natural look.

black eyeliner is still in. white eyeliner is used in the inner part of the lower eyelids to make ur eyes look bigger.

white eyeliner is great on the lower lash line. (especially for women with smaller eyes) it really opens them up.
