No, I don't believe. I enjoy playing video games but sometimes it makes my eyes red, tired, shoulder sore, etc. So my solution is playing board games - I can take my time and it makes me think.
There're many new video games and it's hard for me to ignore them but I look for board games,too.
As long as there're board game lovers, video games cannot put board games out of business.

Nope, sales will go down. But there are lots of familys out there who love game nights. Board games are still a lot of fun.

I believe that there will also be board games and cards because of the social interaction.

No. Boardgames will always have a certain social aspect to them that viedo games lack. For this reason, poeple will always want to play boardgames. Plus they are fun.

Older people more than likely,even if they are computer savvy,
would probably still play checkers,bingo,and chess on their own boards and time.
