Graduate School is always good, but sometimes isn't necessary dependent upon the field you are in. The job market is tight and a bachelor's degree doesn't hold the same weight as it use to.

Grad School is definitely worth every penny. I have three classes to go and four job offers putting me on a brand new pay-scale. Find an employer who pays tuition reimbursement and hit the books.

Grad school is a personal preference. It all depends on what you want to do and your undergrad degree is in. If you have a broader, liberal arts type major, you may benefit in the long run from going to school and becoming a specialist in one type of field. However, if you already have a pretty specific degree, it may not mean as much to you. Generally going to grad school means you will make more money in your profession, but it also means additional years of schooling with possibly no income. A great option could be to go ahead and enter the workforce, and go to grad school at night, on the weekends, or even full time after you have worked for awhile. A lot of companies will help you pay for additional schooling because they want their employees to be highly capable in their field. Take a sheet of paper and on one side write the pros and on the other write the cons and then evaluate what you think will be best for you. Good luck!!!

There is a lot of compitition out here and the one with the higher degree will get the job and the one with the higher degree and some experience will get the job before the one without the higher degree.
Everyone hold a bach. degree and that gets you started in an ok place but really the more education you have the better your career choices will be and the pay scale deffently is better.
Think --- I know its alot of work but you came this far --finish the job!!

I am a stern believer in education and I believe that graduate school is part of the educational experience I know you will feel that the re-hashing of all facts will bore you, but in the long run it will be beneficial.

I would say it depends on what you are going to study. Some occupations pay quite a bit more if you have a graduate degree, but some dont.
