Bush once said, "I'd like to thank Nasal Beard for that warm welcome." (he was referring to Hazel Beard). He was probably up all night giggling whilst planning that one. Some of the things he says are so funny they sound scripted. Many people say he's too stupid to have orchestrated 9/11. Maybe that's a cover-story.

Even his ad-libs are scripted. Make no mistake; Dubya's vacant stare is no contrived P.R. stunt... he really is that thick and devoid of any meaningful thought... his brain is devoid of all life... save the presence of a few tumbleweeds...Behold the medical marvel that is George Dubya... and be afraid... be VERY afraid!!!

Actually, I have been wondering about the same thing for a while.

My conclusion is, either he is brilliant and knows that playing the fool will make people take him less seriously, so he can get away with a lot more than he could other wise. It also helps him appear to some as an honest bloke, and they vote for him.

Or, he is being used by someone brilliant.

Either way, I think that there is a lot of thought and cold-hearted single minded purpose behind what Mr Bush has been doing.

And actually, it doesn't matter whether he is the master mind, or the puppet. The puppet master is holding the strings to the persona of Mr Bush, and by extension the resources of the USA, including the army and secret service. And the best part is that he was elected to that job. So may be the puppet master is doing what the USA wants.

George Bush is just plain stupid. The things that he says are too stupid to be scripted!Did the American government and secret service knew about 9/11?Of course they did!George Bush and Bush Sr wanted to go back into Iraq! Also if you watch fahrenheit 9/11 you will see that the Afghans own quite a large amount of America in terms of money that they put into it!

Did you ever think that he acts like he does so that people like the Democrats underestimate him? What is scary is not that Bush may or may not be the smartest President of all time, but that the Democrats since 2000 have been reduced to babbling fools over him and their only reason to ask voters to elect them is that they hate the President. I haven't heard any ideas that are valid for solving terrorism and most of the leaders of the DNC still support the Iraq war.

Lessor of 2 evils is all we have had since Ronald Reagan left office. At least IMHO

What about his recent chestnut of wisdom..."And that Common Article III says that there will be no outrages upon human dignity. It's very vague. What does that mean, "outrages upon human dignity"? That's a statement that is wide open to interpretation. And what I'm proposing is that there be clarity in the law so that our professionals will have no doubt that that which they are doing is legal. You know, it's -- and so the piece of legislation I sent up there provides our professionals that which is needed to go forward."

So if we beat a man near to death in a dark room and no one sees, is it an outrage - fuzzy logic but that seems to be his forte.

When I heard those words a few days a go I nearly hit the floor laffing and would have it I hadn't found it to be an "outrage against human dignity".

"What a maroon - an ultra maroon!" - to quote the great Bugs Bunny!

No, I do not think that it is scripted, neither do I think him to
be so dumb, he only needs a literal brainwash three times
a day and sometimes forgets to do it, then he could outsmart
anyone with surprising statements which will go down in history
as the dumbest words that were ever spoken by any President.

I don't think the best comedy writers in Hollywood could come up with lines that seem to come out of him naturally. He got the "stupid" gene and uses it regularly.
