That's a good question. For me, I just had to push myself and used my will power to stop eating fast foods since they are not healthy, I have made it a habit to work out at the gym five days a week and take the cycling class there 3-4 times a week. Once you get into the routine, you enjoy it and are addicted to it. For me, I used to not drink water that much, but I told myself water is healthy for the body compared to soft drinks and juices. Now I drink more water and am accustomed to it and enjoy it. That's what's worked for me. I also have a made it a habit to spend time in God's Word every day and that is really awesome and joyful for me as well. It's just a matter of will power and telling yourself to do it.

I don't know. I have a Starbucks habit (or is that an addiction). Maybe I could do commercials for them. Oh wait they don't have commercials. Oh well....I don't know.
