I bought a 23-in-1 USB 2.0 Multi Card Memory Stick Duo Pro Reader, I downloaded the CD, ( little cd that comes with the usb), but when i try to open it ( start+programs+then mulitmedia card reader) this last action if i click on it, it gives me the "unistall". I don't want to unistalled but att the same time it doesn't open the usb. My computer is a little old, but i have windows 2000 and more..so I don't know what is wrong. Can someone help please. Do i need something else or to download another system or have some kind of different support system?? I don't undrestand i followed every step. Please help. Thank you all for your asnwers.

unistall and restart and install it again it should work then.

Try going to the manufacturers website and see if they have driver available for download.

Not a programming question in any way at all... however...
The best you can do is reinstall, and if that doesn't work contact the manufacturer.
