Excellent question. Made my day. Especially since you had to clarify it. Very funny. I would say buy a dryer or let them dry in the house on a clothes-horse.
I'm still laughing...well done.

Do you know what a 'rat guard' is? Use that on the clothesline support pole. It is a metallic funnel shaped disk with a diameter that climbing animals cannot get around. They are commonly used on the tie up ropes of ships at dock.
You might be able to see a pic of one if you search out pix of ships tied up at docks.

Are you serious??? I have never heard of that one and I live in the country! I would suggest a dryer. It's funny, my husband just suggested we get a clothesline to cut down on electricity. Thanks to you we will be sticking with our dryer!!!!!

When you initally put your pant's on fill them to the brim with racoon's.. that way when your walking around no new racoons will fit as your pants are already full of them!

could you get a dryer.. Or dry clothes in a screen area .. can you do the same thing to your clothes line .. like put grease on it like they do to squirrels who get into the bird feeder... I would get a cheap dryer. or move the clothes line

sure! just keep your pants on while running around in the woods...or if you really have them hanging out while they are hanging on the clothes line..maybe you should use less smelly stuff in your wash.
