go to the crafts store get some supplies and make your own...there are all kinds of beads, crystals whatever and you can make to match whatever you're wearing.

Any stalls that are portable or not permanent you'll usually find something. Maybe make one youself? Or
buy a plain stud and custommise. Check out stalls, ebay, junksales... ask parents. My mum has some vintage jewellery that looks ace!

There are many artists out there who will make you a custom one for very little money. Check art fairs, etc.
