Take classes that girls take. In a class, you will be force to see girls for the length of the semester. GE classes always have girls because everyone has to take them. If you take advanced math and physics, don't expect to meet any girls unless you are the smartest guy in the class, then one of them may come to you for help.
I had a lab class once and we were choosing lab partners and I was talking to another guy and this girl came up and asked me "Do you want to work on the labs together" and I told the guy 'Later dude'
She remembered me from some other class and knew this subject was easy for me.
