Cingular.. is a wireless phone service provider in the US. If they are providing service in other countries, I don't know.

Cingular was an SBC ( a telephone service provider) company. Recetnly SBC has been merged with AT&T (another large telephone servie provider). So now all of AT&T Wireless customers have been intergrated into Cingular customers. Also, before SBC was SBC it was called Pacific Bell (at least here in California). Do you require more detail?
