The key to answering any question is to be honest. Many Interviewers are trained to detect lies and generic statements. My experience to those questions would be:
#1 - I very much enjoyed the responsibilities I was given with my previous employer. Every individual was encouraged to offer their own input on how to streamline the job process. The only downfall was there was no opportunities for advancement or cross training.
#2 - My best accomplishment in life is my family.
#3 - Motivation is not very difficult for me. I love to learn and I seize every opportunity to learn something new.
#4 - Teamwork to me is defined as everyone working together for a common goal. We can all have our individual duties, but the end result is in making the department or the assignment come together.

As to the questions for the employer, ask questions that relate to the company and his or her responsibilities.

1. I like dealing with my clients the most and the least. I love working with people and making my clients happy, but then you also get the clients that refuse to be helped and just want to gripe and you happen to be the person that answers the phone. You just keep a smile on your face ans deal with them the best you can.

2. My best accomplishment in life would have to be my son. He's a very smart 3yr old and ahead of his class.

3. I strive to do the best job a can at anything that I do. I don't like to settle at anything.

4. I prefer to work on my own, however I get along gret with people. Compromize is the key. Everyone can't have it only their way, it's not a team effort then.

I don't really have any questions for the employer, except the usual; hours, pay, etc.
