i recently went trough a miscarriage, and before the miscarriage the only pregnancy symptoms i had: was the lack of pregnancy symptoms, the only symptoms that i did experienced was sore boobs.

***so i say a lack of pregnancy symptoms is a big sign. also any type to back cramps, and any bleeding (any type: light, heavy, red or brown).***

If she is further along in her pregnancy "after 20 weeks" the signs of a stillborn are "decreased fetal movement and a "heavy" feeling in your uterus. There would be alot of pressure on your pelvic area."

you can do the kick count. This lets you know if there are any problems with the baby if you are unsure
There needs to be 10 kicks (or any movement) in 2 hrs. If there is not go to the E.R. or call your ob/gyn. This could be a sign of a problem.

Generally after the first couple months she'd know something is wrong. You dont usually have instant spontanitous miscarriages.

Typically she has severe cramping, pain, and bloody discharge prior to and during a miscarriage.

Lack of symptoms is a BIG one I have expereinced then spotting and evenually cramping and bleeding
