well i have been friends with this guy for about almost 4 years
he is a spokenword artist, and he doesn't know i've had a crush on him for years,but he is in his late 20's,and i'm 19
i don't know if should make a move,but i don't want to?

Well, I am 20 and my husband is 29, when we met I was 18 and he was 27, everything has worked out for us...And I made the first move. Good Luck!

When i met my bf he was 27 and I was 17. We really liked eachother but he woulnd't touch me or kiss me or go out with me until I turned 18. So when I finally did... things got really good. As long as you know that you are happy just go with it. My bf is now 35 and I am 25 and I don't even see the age. He looks damm good for his age. But if you love him then just continue with what you are doing.

Age is nothing but a number. I am 19 and have dated 30 yr olds. Its all in the maturity. Dont let it get to you what anyone else thinks. Just go for it. And if he isnt cool with it, go for another fish in the sea!

Ask him out. I don't think age makes a difference. Just start by asking him out to the movies or some coffee.

luv, that's no age gap. i'm 26, and there is a 31 yr age gap between my boyfriend and i, we've been together for 10 yrs and have 2 kids. i would just be honest with him, as long as he's single. hope it works out for you.

What do you have to lose? Approach him about how you feel - the worst he can say is that he doesn't feel the same. If you have been friends for this long it should be easy to mention.

the age difference is far less important than you compatability on personality, lifestyle, etc. i won't say go for it or don't go for it, but i will say, don't let your age difference keep you apart if you are otherwise a great matchup.
