How can I execute a Power of Attorney to someone in India from US>?

I live in the US and need to execute a Power of attorney in my mom's name so she can manage my property in India. I want to know the process and any forms that are available?

You need a Special Power of Attorney. Go to a law office in your area and tell the the situation. Your mother will also need to see an attorney. You write up a Special Power of Attorney with your attorney and they will fax it to your mother attorney where she will sign it. they in turn should fax the signed copy back to you so you have a copy.
