Public places usually have to have gender-specific restrooms. In gay bars where many of the clients haven't really decided to be either gender, people just use the least crowded one.
I know which gender I am, but in big cities some of the best dance clubs are gay places. I don't let that bother me. Then again, I can pee standing up with my back to the door. My advice is that if you have to use the restroom in a gay bar, use the one that is for your own gender- squat, hover or cover; make sure there's a stall door and lock it and don't worry if some of the people in the ladies room appear to be guys. They are probably not interested in women.

Now if you're asking if adult adult males dressed as adult adult males and/or adult adult males dressed as women anybody is authorized to apply the ladies human beings's restroom, nicely relies upon on the bar yet lots of those I were to allow that to happen. I were going to gay bars in my fatherland for 20 years and that i have continually used the single it somewhat is for sale inspite of what call is on the door. i'm in there to apply the restroom no longer something else.

Every one Ihave been too has one. There are lots of girls that go to gay bars with friends - and girls have to pee like what every 18 minutes on the dot??

no the women have to pee in a corner... just kidding yes there are female restrooms in the gay clubs / bars.
good thing too cause when i drink i pee like crazy

the "gay" bar i went to did, but thats because it was geared towards all gays, not just men. but then i've been to "straight" clubs that had unisex bathrooms, so maybe they would have more of that type of thing if it was a "gay" bar targeting just men. but not 100% sure on that one.
