i've been deleting it by cliking the remove buttons several times but it doesn't deleted.
I want to delete it first then install it again. how can i do this?

put your disk in install the drivers >restart the computer>go back and uninstall the program>restart the computer>and install the program....what has happened is part of the program has been removed so the wizzard cant find it to uninstall it. you will need to reinstall it to uninstall all of it to start over and have a good running program...dont make sense but it works

For hardware you just unplug it. For Software you go to Add Remove Programs in your Controll Panel. Find the devices name (cams usually come with a bunch of different software, get it all) and click remove. Follow the steps.

Unplug the webcam, go to Add/Remove Programs, find the software and click Remove. Restart if needed. Insert your software disc, start the installation software, and follow the instructions.
