As far as i know in the state of FL it is 90 days. They can fire you for any reason they want before your "introductory period" is up. After that I think you can collect unemployment.

As soon as you start working, if you are 'let go' you can collect unemployment. However, the case might be investigated as to why you were 'let go' so quickly. Make sure that you do not resign as that won't count. You cannot leave on your own accord or you will not be able to collect.

depends on the state where you work. they will look at your current position and the wages that you earned there, but if that is not enough they will look at past employers. In GA, you have to have earned at least $1188 a quarter (three months in last twelve months) for two quarters and earned 1 1/2 times the amount you earned in your two highest quarters. That formula means that you have to have worked more than 6 months to qualify.

It depends on what state you are in. Normally it is calculated by how many weeks you worked total in the last 52 weeks for any employer.

I believe it is 90 days. Atleast that is the law here in South Carolina.

No time limit. It will just depend on how long you worked for how much you are able to get.
