My first answer would be a dog, but if it could be ANY animal on the planet, it would be a gorilla or a big cat (lion, tiger...etc.) Maybe a water buffalo.

either a chimp or a serval.
Chimps have attachment issues and servals will see babies as competition for food and spray all over the place.
At least monkeys fling thier feces at others, maybe if I could train them to fling feces at clients who don't pay.

I would love a white tiger or white lion. but i wouldnt give up a plain and simple dog. all big wild cats i love.
