I even went and bought a curler that you can use on eyes when you're already wearing mascara. Some of you are gonna say "don't do that. bad idea." But with this curler you really CAN. It's not like the average curler. It is designed a different way. But my lashes never stay curled. Any ideas?

You may want to try to heat up the lash curler with a blow dryer for a few seconds. When you curl them, start as close to the eye as possible then do them a little farther out. This may work if you haven't already tried it.

You probably have thick straight lashes. My girlfriend used to heat her normal curling wand with the blow-drier first, kind of like a curling iron for the lashes... I use a mini-spoon. It works the same way as running a scissor blade along ribbon to make it curl

you should blowdry your curler to warm it up a bit, and then use it. it's always best just to apply mascara afterwards as the lashes will stay curled.

You're not applying enough starch to make the "set" last. If you can go about 15 minute without blinking, you could try epoxy for a permanent hold.
