you are a loyal person for staying by his side

only you can say if you are a good person

if it were one of my close circle
I'd ask, whats he in for?
did he goto jail for example cause he was mixed up with someone else? or some other innocent reason? You are a wonderous person for staying with him
was it a teen-silly reason?
Stole a car for a joyride/ or something?
well, I wouldn't leave my wife for that

is the reason something very serious?
well, if the act was something that you can forgive him for,
waiting two years for his return is worth it.
( in the bible, One man worked 7 years for his wife)

Look honey I want to be frank "God Bless" you for standing by your man.Look I don't know what he did if he did something minor or was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Then I hope you guys can get through it and put it in the past.If your guy is a career criminal and this was not his first time in the big house.Get your act together and wake up.I'm tired of seeing beautiful young women waste their lives on men locked up.My goodness this makes no sense to me.Also please take that man for an Aids test both of you. Please he may deny it ,but that man was either raped or took part in some sex act while in there.I know you do not want to hear this and you may say oh no not my man, but i'm sure your a smart girl so don't let pride keep you from taking him to the clinic and both of you get checked out for Aids or any STD.

Sounds like you are just stupid, It really get me that women run behind sorry men over and over and wonder why they have relationship problems, if he stops writing prescriptions he will start stealing, and he didn't learn the first time. And to add injury to you stupid you have wasted 2 years of you life waiting. No you are not good just afraid to move on and face whatever life has after you finally get enough sense to leave this fool

It depends what he's in jail for. If he hurt children, I would leave him. If it was an accident then you are a saint. I hope he is getting help and you are getting help too.

how much does he appreciate your efforts and will he compliment them with his actions ,men have a knack for screwing up a good thing when they have a good woman by their side being cocky and all ,true love is hard to find ,be suttle and let him know the value he has ,it might change him permanently for the better, good luck

Well it depends on what he is in prison for? Some crimes are bad but some are just horrific. If its bad then fair enough but if its horrific then no you should not have stood by him.
