If you're using Outlook, you can automatically delete all spam messages, e.g. those that are sent to Junk Email folder.

Tools menu -> Options
Under the Preference tab, click Junk Email.
Check the box (second to last) that deletes automatically all junk email.

Good luck!

go to options or mail options
then under spam protection
choose Immediately delete these messages upon receipt. (Note: If you choose this option, you will not be able to review the messages before they are deleted.)
