Money does NOT buy happiness...you are talking about material possessions, which in the end don't add up to sh*t. A truly happy person can be either rich or poor because true richness is measured by your relationships, your friends and your family are what make you wealthy, not things!

Money cannot buy happiness. Unconditional love, acceptance, and self esteem buy happiness. Just because you are financially set for life does not mean that there are not problems in your life. The only reason it bothers me when rich people try to commit suicide is because we have to hear about it for 6 weeks until there is another news story worthy of our attention. Everyone has problems it just happens that each person deals with them differently. If I had money I would pay off my bills, and maybe adopt a child or 2, give them a new shot at life. There are so many people out there that need help, and I would love to be able to give it to them.

No, money does not buy happiness. Ask millionaires. It buys a sense of security and mostly any material item you want but nothing material can have lasting impact on your mental state.
There are depressed people in all levels of society. It chaps my cheeks when anyone wants to commit suicide, I don't care how much money they have.
It's more about when someone has a real talent or skill (like Terrell Owens) that many others would kill to have and they seem to want to throw it away. But, again, just because someone is talented doesn't mean they don't have problems.

Money would make your life more comfortable, but material possessions don't bring happiness. That is something that comes from within.Rich people are allowed to have problems too.And no one should commit suicide, rich or poor.

HeIl, he is so rich that he can afford to pay someody to be happy for him, even! He's financially set for LIFE. There are so many people who are unemployed and are wondering where their next meal is coming from. Rich-@ss football players with "problems" get no sympathy from me.
