I have already removed the hydraulic filter and drained it overnight and pulled the plug under the hydraulic pump and drained that. I then ran the engine and I thought all the hrdraulic fluid poured out but after re-filling the system I obviously had lots more water still in it. Any ideas besides pulling all the hydraulic lines etc. Thanks for any answers

You should buy a new filter. With the old filter just keep changing the oil and then running it and changing it again. I have a Wheel horse, but the same oil is used for the pump, motor and axle assemble. When I say the motor I mean the motor that the pump drives that in turn drives the gears to the rear end. Mine all drains from a hole under the axle, but it is possible to have oil in the pump and motor that needs to be drained. What I mean to say is that you don't always get everything out with each oil change, that is why I suggested multiple changes.
