hotmail subscriber...you mean someone w/an @hotmail.com email address? well to block just one particular email address or emails from a domain you go to your Yahoo email account and then go to your mail options, from there you should see "block addresses" click there and type in either a particular email address like: "crackhead@hotmail.com" or just a domain like "hotmail.com"

Thats easy just go to your yahoo mail and look for the letters you dont want to receive and place a check next to them and look for Report as Spam. You can also sign in and go to Yahoo Mail options and go to your Address book and Block that sender

go to mail options
then click on blocking addresses
add the email address that you want to block on the space provided
