when using messenger, I would like to replace my smiley face with a picture. How do i do that?

when other people are talking to mee, or better yet, just checking if i am online, instead of the smiley face, i would like to insert a picture of me.but how?

Hit messanger and than my display image.
or
ctrl+shift+f8
and change image


also try going to messenger and hitting preferences than goin to display image and make sure all the boxes hav checks, if not than check them off.

you cant replace your emotion icon by your photo.but you can put your photo inside of IM windows.first click on display image and then press ok:)
