She is your ex for a reason. If it was mine I'd probably be happy since we haven't talked for a while, I'd be glad just hearing her voice. I think she told you not only to see your reaction, but to know what you still think of her. It's always good when they won't tell you their dream because it helps you know that it probably was sexual. If you're going to be friends with your ex then you should let her know where you stand, don't lead her on. I say good day.
