As I'm NO longer in N.Y. but stuck in CO. fish isn't the best here!!!
Best I've found is Tilapia fish...Very mild, freezes well...Without getting fishy!!! Great for fish tacos also!!!
One of my fave' recipes for Tilapia or, any other mild fish fillets and, sooo ez is:
!/2 Cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Dip fillets in this mixture. Bake on a cookie sheet sprayed with product like Pam, for about 10 minutes. Turn half way through baking.
Yummy!!!

Cat fish. Clean it, cut the mustaches, mix with fish sauce and
some yellow Indian powder, leave for 10 mins, then fry in oil, then
serve with tomato sauce or lemon grass...
