What do you think is necessary (not going online looking for the online rules or anything, just what you think) to earn a spot on the Amazing Race, or what kind of person would you want to see on this kind of reality show?

I watched a documentary about reality shows that said that Mark Burnett usually already have a cast in mind when developing a show. I mean like he already knows what he wants or maybe looking for some stereotypes. Like right now in TAR10, they have the gay couple, the models, the beauty queens, etc. I think it will help you if you fit some kind of a stereotype but still be interesting and come off as genuine.
This is probably a stupid answer but that's what I saw and noticed.
