Eat LOTS of starcy meals (pasta's, potatoes rice etc etc)

You can also get WEIGHT GAIN SHAKES (also call MASS GAIN shakes or MASS GAINER)

A lot of literature is littered on the Internet to advice free of cost how to get slim and you just reverse it and the scales show the raise in geometrical proportions. it is as simple as that. But you must know it is hard way downhill with lot of curves (not physical on body of course). If you are serious, increasing the body weight should be targeted at the right places on the body, like adding muscle and bone mass, not the flab.
I overlooked the add details.Eat proteins, coarse cereal (whole grain) avoid easily digestible carbs. egg (white portion). skimmed milk and dates and almonds, yogurts.

Muscle weighs more that fat. So when you first start to train with weights etc you may find you start to gain weight instead of losing it but you will be trimmer and you'll certainly feel a lot better.
