I was in a custody battle with my ex. He is a frightening person, even when you're on his good side.
I saw his worst side during that time.

The scariest situation I have ever been in was when my mum was sick, I came home to find her in her bed just staring at me, she wasn't aware of her surroundings because her temperature was so high. She had been fitting and halucinating and was unresponsive for a while until first response arrived and started work on her. We tried hard to stay strong for all the kids around at the time, but we weren't sure what was wrong with her so didn't know if she would recover or how long it would take.

Like everyone else when times are tough I wanted to turn to my mum but couldn't and so it was really scary to think I might lose her.

Fathers day this year, my fiance's parents and nieces met up with us to go out to dinner. My fiance, my son and myself got into one car and his parents and nieces got into their car. We were waiting to make a left on to a street with the other car right behind us. There was one car heading towards us pretty far away and no one in the opposite lane so John decided he was going to make the turn, appropriately. He was looking in the other direction to make the turn when I saw another car screaming around from behind the car that was pretty far away. This car must have been doing about 80 miles per hour on a road that was limited to 40 mph. I saw this and quickly yelled to John to watch out. He drives a Trans Am. We would have all been killed. I was shaking for a long time after that.

That was the scariest moment ever.

I sent an email to my best friend telling her how horny I was and I hit reply in my sent items folder. So when I got an immediate response, I looked down and all I saw was my last name (which is the same as my father's cuz I'm not married) and I automatically thought I had sent it to him and I panicked! That was the scariest thing! I mean, the man still thinks I'm a virgin!!

Scariest situation I can remember was when I was in a pick-up that jumped a huge hill, and we flipped over. I've been in a couple other near death situations, but don't remember those.

I have been in several. I was on a plane comming back from texas to indy. The plane was about to land (decending anyhow) and pulled up so fast the stewardess pissed herself right on the spot. it then turned and rolled to the left at a very uncomfortable angle. it turns out we came with in 1 mile of ramming another jet. at 500 miles an hour, 1 mile is nothing.

I woke up to the dog barking around 2am, I got up to see what his problem was, and I did not see anyone outside, so I was going to go back to bed. I could hear our outside front door swinging, and sometimes it broke open and started swinging, and we would have to just reshut it and lock the door.

I went to our kitchen, turned off the house alarm, and opened the front door. I slammed it right away as there was someone standing between the doors. I panicked and leaned on the door as hard as I could and screamed for my hubby. He just kept saying "what?" and I told him "get out here!!"

The guy never knocked or rang the doorbell, and he did not try to break the door down, but I didn't know that. He told my hubby that he was here to pick up a package. We told him to get lost. He just stood on our doorstep for what felt like an hour, but was probably 10 minutes, then we watched him walk away.

I wanted to call the police, but was too afraid to move and find the phone, and my 2year old got up. "hi mommy" I grabbed her and held her as tight as I could.

None of us could sleep after that!

I went to a haunted house at an old mental hospital in Utah. Also when I saw the movie "The Grudge" I told my husband to get used to me wetting the bed because i would never be going downstairs by myself at night again. My loving husband was kind enough to teach our kids to do the sound the kid makes in the grudge. they all thought it was hilarious every time they did it and scared me all over again. Ok ok, so it doesn't take much to scare me. Sometimes life can be scary enough!!!

Being behind over 100 assignments in school. I had only one weekend to do them all.

(This was waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the Fifth grade. I am now a Junior in college. Suffice it to say, it was a hard lesson learned. I've not repeated it since.)
