I don't know about UK pricing, sorry, but if you are really looking at someone with sensitive skin, and want a go-anywhere "shaver", I presume you mean electric by that....
Just get a rotary, preferably one of the wet/dry Norelco models, I hear one of them has a shaving lotion dispenser that works wonders. It may seem a bit pricey, and it does take a bit of getting used to compared to other kinds of electric shavers, but it is worth the trouble.
Just keep in mind it might take 1-3 weeks for your skin to get use to the way a rotary shaves. And that you are best off using a *light* touch with them. :)
Hope this helps.

For ladies the Gillette Venus razor is the best ladies razor I've used they cost about £8 and the blades costs about the same for 4, they have a battery in them. They are said to exfoliate the skin, they give a really close shave and I have used all over body except the face, but there is also a mens one which should be more suitable for this. I have never wrote a review about anything but I can say in confidence it is a great product. Treat yourself to one!

I find like shampoo my skin gets "used to" a razor and it looses its effectiveness, so I switch between Venus Vibrance and Schick Intuition. Intuition works better on legs if you let the hair grow a little- vibrance is better to hard to reach areas but I use both on legs, bikini and underarm.
