go to www.google.com and search for "free proxy list"+ssl
There are many sites that provide proxy lists but most of the proxies that you'll find are not checked often and might not work.
For that you need to use proxy checker, there is an online proxy checker url: http://www.checker.freeproxy.ru/checker/ when using that service it will also tell you if proxy is HTTPS(SSL-secure socket layer), also don't use transparent proxies they still will forward your ip number, what you need is non-transparent or high anonymous proxies
p.s. you check if it leaks(forwards) your ip number go to some site that will show you your ip, for example: http://www.showipaddress.com/
btw all these proxies are public and they are monitored for illegal activity :)
