From what I understand Snoop Dog "izzles" takes the first 2 letters of a word and then adds the "hizzle/izzle" ending.

I honestly don't think that's there's any hidden meaning/message. Just think of all the "secret" languages, such as pig latin, that you learned as a young kid.

I think Snoop's izzle-isms is just a way to keep "outsiders" from knowing what they're talking about, much like when you didn't want your parents or younger siblings to know what you were talking about, so you used a "secret" language. I don't think that "Fo shizzle my nizzle" has any hidden meaning that is derogatory.
