You are much more likely to die by the hand of an American Criminal. Compare the number of people killed by terrorists -- even the sectarian violence in Iraq -- and the number of Americans killed each day by handguns, automobiles, violent assaults. You are probably more likely to be killed crossing the street or getting out of the bath tub than by a foreign terrorist.

No you would not be wrong! I think this is like the chance of being struck by lightning theory. This country is very large and has millions of tempting targets for would be terrorists. The chances you are in a city or a area that is going to be hit by terrorist would be much less than being attacked or killed by a American Criminal. Look at the statistics! I can guarantee there have been more homicides and murders in this country by American criminals than by terrorists! If anyone can prove that we are going to be attacked by foreign terrorists in the near future than you may not want to be typing on these forums but talking with the FBI or the CIA because you obviously no more than they do!

You are not at all wrong...An estimated 16,692 persons were murdered nationwide in 2005 in the United States, an increase of 3.4 percent from the 2004 figure.

No, statistics back you up. You are actually more likely to be struck by lighting or be eaten by a shark than killed in a terrorist attack but that has always been true.

Well...no. I'd probably feel the same way. I DO feel the same way.

Although murder doesnt serve any justice whatsoever, those bastards are at it because they feel its what theyre told to do, nit because of a mental handicap.

now a days it seems like that is highly possible, there are more angry americans, mad at one person, than terrorist mad at the U.S., Its a sad world out there.

No, you are perfectly right to feel that way. Especially with the sentences that bleeding heart liberal judges are handing out these days....
