You can't watch Formula One races on the Internet; Bernie Ecclestone would never, ever allow that.
The best you can do is follow the live timing at a couple of sites:
http://f1.racing-live.com/f1/en/ - There is a charge for this one, but the results are available free, about 10 minutes after the finish of each practice, qualifying and the race.
http://www.formula1.com/ - Registration is required for this one, but it's free and it is live.
Just for fun, try this site after the race for a view in animation or try it now for any of the previous races:
http://www.visionf1.com/

I recommend the live timing at formula1.com. Registration is free. You can't actually see the cars going round and round, but if you get the hang of it, you get a much clearer idea of what's happening in the race than watching it on TV as it gives you the lap and sector times of every driver, who's doing what, who's pitting, etc. I've never actually sat down to watch the TV broadcast and the live timing simultaneously (I live in Australia and the TV telecast is delayed by about an hour), but a hardcore fan would probably do it.

You can watch snippets of the race at YouTube. Sometimes they're not really good, but sometimes they are.
