Will i be able to cheat,lie,steal & have access to money through the well connected if i declare myself a republican?

No, they will just waste everyone's time trying to play the politics of personal destruction on those who were elected.
It's ok, the public will catch on eventually to what they are doing.

parallel government? they first have to get away from their parallel reality! until they come out of the ether,they can never effectively run this great nation.

Of course not.
You could theoretically have a government that meets and passes laws... but if you don't have a mecahnism to collect taxes and distribute money, you aren't going to be able to do a whole hell of alot.
