No I dont think Willie should go to jail or anyone else for weed if it is only enought for personal use. But the sad truth is that if it had been someone else they would have been arrested. Willie does not need to change at 73 or any age Hes Willie! I met him during the first Farm Aid concert in Champaign, Ill. and he was one of the nicest people I have ever met.

I don't think weed is a big deal no worse than having a beer. I don't think anyone that smokes pot should go to jail. But, if it would of been an average person they would of gone to jail so he shouldnt be any different. I don't think it will change him. Going to jail for weed doesnt stop anyone from smoking weed. I think the police should work on getting people that rape and kill rather than wasting time putting people in jail for weed.

Hell no Willie Nelson should not go to jail. Willie is great just the way he is and by god if he wants to smoke pot who the hell is our government and law enforcement to tell him not to. on another note I am pro weed and I don't even smoke it, I think if something grows so naturally that it should be legal. I love Willie Nelson and i think he should go on being himself and smoking all the weed he wants until the day he dies.
My personal opinion on the legalization of marijuana in America is that it would be legal if the government could tax it but since they cant because it will grow anywhere they just make it illegal. But I bet you if they could make money off it they would

When he got into trouble before for evading paying his taxes I was mortified...........He did what every Ozzy and American should do with their tax money...HE GAVE IT BACK TO THE PEOPLE...So the only thing there I see him guilty of is doing what every politician promised they would do AND DONT...
