Nope. Pop Tarts is considered to be a breakfast food. You'll be able to burn it off at the end of the day by exercise.

a calorie is a calorie, any food becomes fattening when you consume more calories during the day than you expend. the best route you can take is to consume calories that contain high levels of nutrition......so pick your battles....ask if that pop tart is nutritionally worth the calorie intake?

Its better to eat it in the morning than before bed!

If you eat it before bed, then it gets digested during the night, and your body absorbes all the fats...

When eaten in the morning however, it gets digested thoughout the day, and your body USES up the fats for energy rather than storing it!)

I guess it doesn't matter when you eat junk food, as long as you eat healthier throughout the rest of the day.

Nah...everything in moderation. Have a piece of fruit or something at lunch time and you'll balance the whole thing out.
