There are very few people who will or can afford to purchase this information, and then put up on the 'net at no cost.
The library is the ideal place to locate the information you need, but take a notepad, because most libraries will not allow the REFERENCE books to be checked out. And photocopying is illegal, and many libraries will make that abundantly clear if they observe the practice.
BUT- most libraries Do subscribe to either Mitchell On-Demand, or ALLDATA. These computer based repair resources are the professional equivalent of the Shop Manual for your car. There when located, the information can be printed and taken with you.
If this is too much bother or the library is either too far away or doesn't subscribe to the services, YOU can go here---------->

and subscribe to the service yourself. For an annual subscription fee, yo get all the same information for one car, including RECALL information and TSBs. Very good resource. And, again, you can print it out for either future reference or to take out to the car with you.

Good Luck
