Generally women on a normal cycle ovulate 7 days after the LAST day of their period. Remember also that sperm can live inside a womens body 3 to 5 days. So pretty much avoid having sex around then or all together if you're not ready to be a parent. Abstence is the only birth control that really works 100%. Hope this helped you out some. God Bless!!

Your body temperature goes up during ovulation. You also have thinner vaginal discharge - in order to let the sperm get to where it needs to get. Take an ovulation test to determine your day(s) of ovulation to know for sure.
And I tell you all of this because it sounds like you're young and naive. Don't be stupid and get pregnant when your not ready - don't have sex for that matter until you're ready.

How about you pay more attention in Child Development class...Sex Education. We cannot feel or just "know" when we are ovulating, we can estimate when I think they say it's usually between day 5 and 13 of your menstral cycle. And yes you can "try" family planning to prevent pregnancy but it will not keep you from getting an std.

there is not any such undertaking as "bounce forward ovulation", in case you ovulated it could have been whilst ovulation in many situations happens for you and in case you have been on antibiotics at that element you have gotten gotten pregnant

You're describing the "rhythm method" of birth control.
Old joke:
What do they call couples who rely on the rhythm method?

.
Parents.
Seriously, you can estimate your ovulation by either the calendar or by taking your temperature (basal body temperature method). Find more at the links below.
Best of luck to you.
