I remember them, apparently they are making a comeback! (this may be a rumour, not sure)
My favourite at the moment are the N-Power orbs.
All time favourite would have to be Richard Latham! (Rowan Atkinsons spy character for the mastercard ads). Which Johnny English was supposedly based.

yes for mash get smash the most popular adverts ever, i dint have a favourite character but my favourite advert was for i think Wella flex and it was done very arty in black and white very Herb Ritts with this woman washing her hair in this lake and these guys doing slow motion back flips and stuff and there was a short version and a long version and i remember taping the long version one morning on channel 4 at about 6am and i was well chuffed

The judderman from the Metz adverts was my favourite because he was quit handsome in a kind of Gothic way.

Yeah i remember them. I dont really like adverts but i do hate the banker in the 'For brand new customers only' ads cant even remeber what bank they are for its that poor

Yes they were great..making me feel old now! I did rather fancy one of the Milky Bar Kids too..ooo how sad.
I love the two kids on the vauxhall ads now...who talk like adults...so well thought out...
