with myself. I smoke, drink and all that stuff...What should I do? Who can I talk to? Or just I just sit back and enjoy the ride?

One do you want help? You know what the problem is and if you don't feel like fixing it then you won't. There has to be a reason why you are doing this right?

I was a pack a day smoker since my first year of high school, I have quit now in my mid-20's because I want children, got married to a non-smoker that doesn't want to see me have cancer later and got really bad throat pain every time I inhaled smoke and just plain air.

Drinking was really bad because of an abusive relationship with my ex-husband. I almost died from alcohol poisoning on New Years Eve. Passed out for two day in a hotel room in Downtown Washington with a guy I didn't know. I still can't remember those nights and almost didn't make it to the er.

So, out of those examples you could sit back and enjoy the ride now... But, soon or later you will suffer the consequences of what you do.

Have faith in yourself you could have fun other ways than hurting your body... You might feel better.

Please find help! A S A P! You have so much to live for. Get high off of life. Go to your religious leader if you have one. Or a good friend that doesn't do the same thing you do. If you sit back and enjoy the ride, you may never get back up again. Good luck and I will be praying for you.

Every time I quit the bad habits like that, a new one comes along. So now that I don't smoke, I crave sex more.
